Pork Tenderloin Roast with Apple, Onion and Garlic GravyAdded maple syrup and this was awesome! Made gravy from drippings and the entire family loved it.

French Scalloped PotatoesThis was decadent! Totally wowed the husband making it. Used blue cheese instead of gruyere.

Cranberry-Broccoli SaladEasy and delicious. Brought it to a memorial day picnic and it was a crowd pleaser. Substituted the walnuts with pecans.
