Tequila-Lime Shrimpfantastic marinade. Once shrimpd were cooked, i added stir fry veg which soaked up 'sauce' and made them taste very zingy, fresh and spicy. excellent

Popeyes Blues BustersQuite a good base. Added 50ml of milk to make a paste, along with mustard seed. also used celeriac and rosemary for added flavour. for veggies/vegans it could be a good standalone dish, for meat eaters it might be seen as a side dish similar to saag aloo (without the creamy cheese). a nice light veg curry.

Chilli con carnereally great, creme fraische adds a creamy richness. Spices just right

Basic Veggie Soupthis is a great base to add to. I blended the soup half way through cooking, then added cheddar cheese and creme fraische. The final additipn was a teaspoon of Masala Curry Paste which gave it a brilliant slightly spicy flavour. Amazing
