I live in the western 'burbs of Chicago so we have great opportunities for eating great food. I enjoy scrapbooking,reading, watching cooking shows on TV, camping and riding bikes. I also love yoga and practice 5 times a week during normal times.
I love ethinic foods. Lots of spice and flavor. I love making no-knead bread and smoking different things on my small electric smoker. Recently I've started baking on our camping trips using the Coleman fold-up oven.
Used different seasoning but same technique Only marinated about 5 hours but it was great. My 2 year old grand daughter ate about 4 oz. of chicken by herself. Even the 1 year old had no trouble chewing this. Will definitely make again. Wonder if this technique would work with pork or beef? — stevemur 8/26/2010
