Very tasty recipe!! Nice texture and a great way to use up old bananas! I added a few drops of rum extract, vanilla and baking spice (from Penzeys). Would be great with walnuts or pecans too!! I had trouble picking out the topping ingredients (apparently mixed within the other ingredients) so I used 2T firm butter, 2T flour, 1/3 c. brown sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Mix and sprinkle. Mmmmmm!
