I live in Amarillo, Texas with my loving husband and our two precious dogs. I have a private practice as a licensed psychologist, which I love. Cooking is my next passion, though I haven't had as much time to cook as I would like. I enjoy learning new skills and am currently learning to knit. I have taken some classes in photography, but need more practice. Next I hope to learn how to play the guitar.
I don't really have favorites when it comes to food. Mostly I enjoy trying new things and sharing food with family and friends. My dad has a small restaurant and cooking with him is the best. My favorite memories of cooking are the mistakes, when I mess up I mess up big. There was always laughter surrounding those times and a great deal of understanding.
