HummusExcellent starting point! I've always wanted to make hummus, and since using this recipe, I've gotten it where we like it most. I've doubled the garlic and lemon juice, added smoked paprika and roasted ground cumin. Also, since I can never find tahini that isn't bitter, I've subbed natural peanut butter and toasted sesame oil. Works really well!
