I was born in raised in Oklahoma where everything is deep fat fried and covered in gravy. I enjoy cooking but I'm hit and miss with almost everything - some days I'm the bird and others the statue.
My favorite dishes are pastas, chicken piccata, alfredo, marsala, etc. are so tasty. Seafood is something else I enjoy, but being entirely land locked, fresh items are impossible to come by here.
