Amish Cabbage Dinner

We didn't use the egg noodle but thought the dinner was very good. Used the broth for some potato soup so nothing went to waste and had two great meals from it! — rotts4me 4/10/2014

Great to make and take on the go. I tried buttermilk biscuits and cornmeal biscuits, both worked well and tasted great. I would like to try this with other fillings - ham and eggs for breakfast, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese or other pizza fillings with pizza sauce, etc. — bkittybaby 2/19/2014

Skillet Ground Beef Stew

Very good taste and very, very easy to make. I think I would add peas or something green to it next time for some color but it really didn't need it. We skipped the mushrooms because we aren't a mushroom family. — rotts4me 12/3/2013

Apricot pork tenderloin

I made this again but with craisins and dried blueberries. The taste was really good but after the first couple of bites it got to be to "berry" tasting. — rotts4me 10/23/2013
Crunchy honey garlic pork chops:

Crunchy honey garlic pork chops:

There is only a partial recipe here but I found it online in another place. Full recipe calls for 6-9 Pork Chops, 2 eggs, 4 Tbs water, 2 C flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder. Then start with the directions listed here. We found these were very tasty and not much work to make. I was afraid the glaze would be hard to clean up after being baked but I soaked the glass dish over night and it was a breeze, just rinsed off. Will definitely be making these again. — michteddybear3 9/28/2013
