Chicken Cordon Bleu with White Wine Sauce
My husband and I have crazy schedules, although we don't have any children, it's hard to find time to get together for nice homemade meals. I love searching recipes hoping that one day I will have a chance to make and enjoy!

Pepperoni StromboliEasy recipe, used it for a party. Its was good when hot, but when it sat out for about and hour, it dried out and got hard.

Soda Bread (irish Whisky Soda Bread)Very simple to make. I did not use whiskey, didn't have any. Also did not do the glaze. This was very good!

Chicken CarbonaraIt was good, I used white rice because that's what we had on hand. Next time we might use pasta.

Sausage-Spinach QuicheI used milk instead of cream, and used frozen pie shells, they were a bit shallow so it actually made two pies. Very simple to make and great results

Olive Garden Style Zuppa Toscana Wedding SoupBe prepared to spend a little time on this, but worth it. I used more cream (1cup) because it was a bit brothy. Just like the resturant, great with breadsticks (pillsbury)!

Stuffed PeppersLove it! Simple to make. The only rice I had at home was a brown spicy rice, IT WORKED WELL!

Country Baked Potato SoupI added more bacon in the soup, nice and thick and worked well as leftovers!
