Chicken Milanese - Breaded Chicken CutletsOMG! I am 13 and I love to cook.......THIS! Lol This is the best recipe for chicken, ever! I have been to Italy 3 times now, and most recently I was in Milan staying with a family. They made the traditional Cuttletta alla Milanese and it was heavenly! When I got home, I searched for that recipe, and came upon this. I had to try it! This is an authentic recipe and is exquisite. I am using a mixture of panko and regular breadcrumbs, tonight actually. As this chicken is cooking for its last minute, I squease lemon juice on both sides, as they did in Milan. It is sooooooooooo good! Thank you sqrishka!
