Cream Cheese Potato Soup "inspired by Panera's"This was super yummy! I didn't "smash all of the potatoes- my hubby really likes some chunks in there. So I just smashed half and left the other half as is. It was perfect! I also added a little over a cup of frozen corn and 4 pieces of well cooked bacon pieces. Yummy :) will definitely be making again.
