Anadama Oatmeal BreadThe egg wash is a fork beaten egg brushed onto the top of the loaf just before baking. It adds a nice shine to the top of a dark brown loaf. This recipie is adapted from my Aunt near the boundry waters in Minnesota. [I posted this recipe.]
