Hey everyone. My name is Shannon and I live in a small town in Nebraska. I am married and have one little girl(hoping for more) and I LOVE to cook. I work full time so its hard to find alot of time to cook. I love shopping with my friends and spending time with my family. I love hosting parties so this website is awesome for me. I love being outdoors and grilling for our friends and family. We also love taking our daughter to the Omaha zoo.

I love Mexican and Chinese food. My favorite food is homemade meatloaf with grilled potatoes and vegetables. My mom made it mandatory that all her children learn to cook so I spent alot of time learning from her. :) . This is something I will pass on to my children
