Healthy Apricot ChickenExcellent! The taste of the sauce is what made this dish phenominal, not its thickness. There's plenty of liquid/sauce left over and would make for an amazing marinade. Sauce consistency aside, this dish is a 10.

Spinach Apple Saladi liked the idea of this salad - the apples, raisins, sponach, etc - but i thought the vinegar overpowered the other ingredients. I'll use less next time and more spinach and fruit.

Banana PancakesI felt that the bananas were lost in the pancakes so i mashed another banana and followed the same recipe as the filling only I cut it by a third. I used that as a topping in place syrup. I also added 1/4 tsp of cinnimon which was delicious. All-in-all, great pancakes.
