Batter White BreadOK, I mixed it up, and thought I did something wrong, but it turned out wonderful! I thought 1 TBS of salt seemed like a lot, so I cut it back to 2 tsp, but could have used the full amount--my loaf turned out just a slight bit bland without the extra tsp. I was also worried that it wouldn't bake up very pretty--the batter doesn't allow you to form the bread into a nicely shaped loaf, but it turned out fine. Will def. use this recipe more often!
