Leek and Bacon QuicheDelicious recipe. We bake it at 325 for 30 minutes then take the heat up to 350 for an additional 10 minutes. A toothpick should come out if the middle cheesy, not wet. The 40 minutes seems to do the trick, 30 minutes isn't enough to set. Very tasty with a side of asparagus dusted with parmesan cheese.

Coconut BallsVery simple recipe with terrific results. I don't care for cocunut much but these are scrumptious. I added a little chocolate drizzle to the top - that's my photo.

Kahlua Dream BarsExcellect recipe, really nice dessert bars. Not too sweet, not too chewy. Very tasty.
