I am a gluten free cooker, organic whenever possible. I like to bake, never put in as much sugar as called for in recipes and use hemp milk instead of soy or cow milk in my recipes. I take amature photos of my foods and use what's on hand instead of going to the store whenever possible!

Gluten free is all that's required!
