Chicken Divan 2I would make this in a casserole dish. The recipe did not specify the size to use and I chose a 9X13. Needs to be smaller. Other than that, it was good. I served it with biscuits and fruit

Fiesta Chicken CasseroleThis had a lot of flavor. The presentation lacks color and the inside didn't look very appetizing. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon tasting it. Will make it again but try to make it more visually appealing.

Libbys Famous Pumpkin PieMy grandmother used to make this pumpkin pie every year for Thanksgiving. It reminds me of her, plus it tastes great too! I serve it with Cool Whip. And it is better the next day!

Two Ingredient Beer BreadWhat a nice change from the typical dinner rolls. Used a strong dark beer, might try a lighter one next time. So simple to make, added some garlic and melted butter on top. A new favorite!

Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs ChickenAlthough this took a little extra time to prepare, it was delicious! The chicken was very moist and the combination of flavors was great.
