Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno PoppersI use the fat free tub cream cheese, we mix it with some minced garlic,onions and some seasoned salt. I haven't tried it with the shredded cheese, but next time I should.

Baked Penne RigateThis was really good. I left out the meat since it was our meatless night. But it was good and my husband asked not to add meat to it. Will definatly make again. Was a nice change from spaghetti!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy ChickenThis was so so so so good!!!!!! Will definatly make this again. I did this with chicken thighs xause it was cheaper. I baked them in the oven for 35 min then poured sauce over and backed 20 more minutes. My family loved it!

Creamy Farfelle with Sweet Italian SausageI have made this before and its delicious!!! My husband and kids loved it too. This meal is so eady but yet feels like you are treating yourself and being fancy. Goes wonderful with crusty French bread and salad. Yum! Yum!

Cheap Chicken Noodle CasseroleI use chicken breast instead of canned chicken. Sometimes I carrots and peas. And sometimes even a few diced.onions. We like to use cheddar cheese but can use any. Some cheeses are to mild though. [I posted this recipe.]
