Mom's Savory CrêpesDepending on how you're serving them you can either make all the crêpes first, stacking them with wax paper between to prevent them sticking together or prepare the filling items first and fill them one by one as you cook the next crêpe. Kimi's Crunchy Potato CasseroleLow fat or fat free sour cream, soup and/or cheese can be substituted. Other cream soups can also be used, they are more for consistency and less about taste. As mentioned, cook time and/or temperature can be adjusted a bit to accommodate something else in the oven, if top is browning too fast at a higher temperature just put some foil on top. Original Cobb Salad-Brown DerbyI love how each person can do his own thing with it, no olives for my daughter, extra for my husband. Simple blue cheese crumbles, oil and vinegar topped this classic off perfectly!
