I like to make sides/appetizers that my family and I can snack on...striving to make them healthier than typically found, but still full of flavor!  I also enjoy making a weekly dinner party menu and inviting friends or family to enjoy my endeavors.  Lastly, I really enjoy making dishes for pot-luck events.
