Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
I'm a college student in Fresno, CA. I belong to a CSA (community supported agriculture) program. This means that every week I get a box of seasonal, local, organic produce from a farm in Madera. I started cooking very young. My favorite things to cook are exotic, world dishes as well as comfort foods. Because of involvement with the CSA program I'm constantly looking for new recipes to incorporate the vegetables and fruit that I bring home.
My favorite dish is a fresh organic caprese salad made with either goat cheese or fresh mozzarella. I try to grow basil and tomatoes as much as possible so that I always have ingredients on hand to make it. I spent a few years as a vegan and vegetarian, which opened my eyes to the world of exciting possibilities that fresh, organic, and local produce gives a person. Roasting vegetables brings out their sweetness and flavor like no other process does.
My favorite holiday to cook for is Thanksgiving. My philosophy is that everything must be made from scratch with the best ingredients available, and of course, made with love. My favorite dish to prepare is the stuffing. I use my own homemade croutons and fresh herbs to make it a once in a lifetime experience.

PierogiesI made the recipe per instructions, but the filling is a little bland. Next time I am going to use herbs, bacon, and more cheese to make a more tasty pierogie.

Creamy Roasted Tomato SoupMade this with goat cheese instead of Neufchatel. Instead of coring I just halved the larger tomatoes and threw in the cherry tomatoes whole. Made the whole house smell like garlic. Delicious! I pureed the mixture in a blender to a velvety consistency. I will definitely make again.

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay BiscuitsI'm not quite sure how much these taste like the original cheddar bay biscuits, but they are absolutely delicious! I will definitely make again, they are so easy!

Baked Chicken Cordon BleuDelicious! I used an egg wash instead of butter and did not have any problems with crumbs sticking to the rolls.

Easy Roast BeefEasy and delicious. I added vegetables and 2 cups of red wine instead of the one cup of water. I added a spice and herb mixture to the flour before dredging. A fantastic dish I will recommend to my friends.

Colcannon (Traditional Irish Dish)A decent recipe. I would rather have fried the greens and bacon than boiled. Slightly bland.
