What's for dinner?
I love trying new recipes.  Some may consider me a recipe-a-holic, but Big Oven helps me reduce clutter and organize them easily.  I am a full-time Mommy who enjoys yoga, traveling, sewing and cooking.  Prior to my new career path, I worked full-time as a Realtor.  Now I enjoy it on a part-time basis.

Recipes I've Posted (all 1)

I am very interested in learning about other countries (their history, culture, language and people).  As such I also enjoy cooking food from those countries.  My favorites so far are Japan, Italy, Mexico and Mediteranean.  I am always looking for new things to try that are relatively easy to prepare and full of flavor!

Pizza Dough Prestissimo

Pizza Dough Prestissimo

I used plain Active Dry yeast with good results. I prefer a slightly crisper crust, so next time I will increase the initial baking time from 2 minutes. The garlic powder balanced the wheat flour nicely.
