What's for dinner?
I work in the local school district as a Special Education Administrator. I enjoy my job and have recently realized that I spend too much time at work! I am at a point that I want to branch out and learn about some other things. So, by investigating BIG OVEN, I am attempting to educate myself more about the Art of Cooking. Wish I had someone that could clean up after me in the kitchen! That would be a perfect arrangement.

I love veggie's! Don't overcook them though. My all-time favorite desert is Creme Brulee. Also really like a good steak!
