Excellent -- butter of course instead of margarine. Cooked peeled, chopped carrots of equal (large) density on low for 20 mins in butter, then added 1tb honey, 2 tb brown sugar and stirred. Added fresh thyme toward the end. Simple. Delicious. 11/29/2013

hi, thanks for that - I did try the edit it, but it asks me to upgrade which I thought I had done. But it has been a while since I added any recipes to the site so I don't know what has changed.
