Pasta: Gnocchi with Asparagus and Pancetta

Pasta: Gnocchi with Asparagus and Pancetta

Tasty, easy. Would make again. Was less nice as leftovers the next day. — katehandel 1/29/2014
Goat-Cheese "Ravioli" with Parsley Sauce

Goat-Cheese "Ravioli" with Parsley Sauce

I loved the idea of this, but it didn't work for me. The wrappers were too delicate to hold the cheese and the texture was just wrong-- like a wonton and not pasta, shockingly! I wouldn't make again. — sbjonas 1/28/2014
Beef Stew

Beef Stew

It's good- easy enough and pretty tasty. — Kowgirl777 1/28/2014
Steak Tartare

Steak Tartare

It tasted good... But the meat was drowning in dressing, even though I omitted one of the eggs. If I made it again, I would halve the liquid dressing ingredients. 9/15/2013
Pan-seared Salmon with Fresh Tomato-basil Relish (ww 8 Pts)

Pan-seared Salmon with Fresh Tomato-basil Relish (ww 8 Pts)

Really easy, really fast, really tasty. What more can you ask for? I used ground coriander instead of cumin, and cherry heirloom tomatoes. — RKG1 6/10/2013
Balsamic Chicken On Minted Spinach, Fennel and Grape Slaw

Balsamic Chicken On Minted Spinach, Fennel and Grape Slaw

For me, it was too much work for the output. Wouldn't make again probably. 5/26/2013
New Potato, Fennel, Onion and Mushroom Pie with Mozzarella

New Potato, Fennel, Onion and Mushroom Pie with Mozzarella

Not particularly memorable for me... It needed something else to give it a kick 5/26/2013

Barley, butternut squash, and shiitake risotto

Ingredients seem to be missing from the recipe? Can you update? — Sbranski 5/26/2013
Savory Garlicky Quinoa Tabbouleh

Savory Garlicky Quinoa Tabbouleh

So delicious, so healthy. Lots of chopping, but totally worth it. I bring it to work for lunch, keeping the dressing separate until time to eat :) — rachelsavoian 5/12/2013
Ahi Tuna Tacos with Avocado Salsa (Boom)

Ahi Tuna Tacos with Avocado Salsa (Boom)

Yum! Surprisingly easy for how fancy it seems. — mlboom 5/5/2013
Kale Salad with Quinoa, Tangerines and Roasted Almonds

Kale Salad with Quinoa, Tangerines and Roasted Almonds

Mmm! I like this a lot. Pretty easy, pretty fast… If you had leftover quinoa, it'd be really fast! I used baby kale "washed and ready to enjoy" so no prep work there. Used cashews instead of almonds since that's what I had on hand... Used garlic and ginger powder instead of fresh. Would make again — andreaiacovetta 2/26/2013
Poached Chicken with Bok Choy in Ginger Broth

Poached Chicken with Bok Choy in Ginger Broth

Easy, fast, delicious, healthy. Can you ask for more? Will make again and again. — jackiebendzinski 2/19/2013
Chile lime tofu w/ quinoa and greens

Chile lime tofu w/ quinoa and greens

Eating it hot out of the pan, it was quite good. Eating it as leftovers... Don't recommend it at all. I used silver beet instead of kale. Kale would have been better. When it's hot, the extremely zippy sauce *almostt* hides the boringness of tofu! — jherzog 2/4/2013
Anna Maria Seafood Pasta

Anna Maria Seafood Pasta

I was surprised by the lack of flavor considering all the ingredients. I should have added more cayenne pepper (which I used in place of chillies). To be fair, I did cut some corners but I still won't be trying this one again. — lcampbell61 1/10/2013
Peach Quinoa with Flax and Nuts

Peach Quinoa with Flax and Nuts

After cooking the peaches as instructed, they lost all flavour. It took longer to prepare than I would like, and the end result wasn't exciting enough for me to make again. — stevensonmunro 12/27/2012
Pancetta & Pea Risotto

Pancetta & Pea Risotto

Yum! I made it with pancetta instead of bacon and edamame instead of peas. Topped it off with LOTS of Parmesan. Quick and flavourful! — Jonty23 12/27/2012
Beet & Barley Salad

Beet & Barley Salad

Attractive, but it tastes too pickled for my liking — Petrushka 12/5/2012
Angel Hair with Sundried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

Angel Hair with Sundried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

Nothing is quick enough when I'm starving at the end of the day, but this is relatively quick and SO delicious! I add cayenne pepper to give it some kick, and sprinkle fresh basil on top instead of parsley — sarahsunshine 11/22/2012
Black Bean Lasagna

Black Bean Lasagna

Delicious. Freezes very well. Add extra cilantro, it's just fantastic! 8/20/2012
Broiled Scallops and Grapefruit

Broiled Scallops and Grapefruit

I pan seared the scallops in butter instead of broiling them, and came out with a buttery grapefruit sauce... It was delicious! We ate the kale and scallops with rice, too. 8/19/2012
