Gammon (Ham) Steaks with Whiskey SauceThis was the first recipe I had tried. I had run out of whisky so I used brandy instead. It turned out OK. I would try it again when I get some whisky and perhaps serve it with roast potatoes. I can't submit a photograph as I've eaten it!
