Best Pumpkin Chocolate Chip CookiesOMG, I just made these cookies and they are EXCELLENT!!! I used pumpkin pie spice instead of the nutmeg and they taste great. I will be making them again for sure.

Cheesy Mexican ChickenI just made this for supper and we all loved it. I made it with a pre-cooked cicken and shredded it. I also did add the corn chips until the last 5 minutes with the lid off. Mix the half cup of cheese with them. Next time I make this though, I will only use half the taco mix. We found it way too strong. It is worth making again for sure.

Black Bean BrownieI made these and didn't care for them at all. I find them grainy and strange tasting. My husband & son liked them. They are a bit better if you store them in the fridge. Not on my list to make again.

Main - Cheesburger PieI just made this for supper and was it ever good. I used cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom as none of us like that one. I only cooked mine for 35 minutes and that was long enough. This is so quick & easy I will be making it again for sure!!!!????

I also passed on the ranch dressing and used my own spices for flavour. I will be making this again for sure!!!????

Hi susieq_64, I read your comment regarding your experience with the Halloween Eyeballs. I'm sorry they did not turn out they way you hoped. If you do decide to make them again in the future a couple things I would suggest would be to up the amount of powdered sugar to the recipe until its a consistency that is easier to handle. I've recently been finding that certain brands of peanut butter are more spreadable and seem to be affecting the way this recipe turns out. I would also work in batches removing only a few from the freezer at a time so they don't get too soft while waiting to be dipped into the chocolate.
