Tortuga Cayman Island Rum CakeMy go to cake, so easy and my favorite cake to eat. I received a Tortuga Cayman Island Rum cake as a gift and fell in love with this moist cake, so glad I found this recipe. I've made it with rum essence and it wasn't as nice but a decent replacement if no rum around. I use Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
