Cheddar Ranch Chicken

Cheddar Ranch Chicken

Not bad. I will try again. Next time I'll make more dressing/flour mixture and coat the entire chicken - there was only enough for the top and sides. I will also put the cheddar on in the last ten minutes of cooking. I like my cheese gooey rather than crispy. — KatLive 2/3/2014

Because of time restraints, I cooked on low for four hours and high for two - turned out GREAT. Will probably always cook it this way in the future. Will definitely be making this recipe again. — Buny 6/6/2013

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Okay - second time around and I made the following changes - diluted the soy sauce 50% with water, increased the honey, brown sugar and hot sauce by 50% - the results were absolute perfection. Sooo juicy and sweet and sticky! We gobbled it down in no time. — AnnetteKitchen 6/21/2012

Followed the directions exactly - got a soggy mess. — Love7721 5/23/2012

Fantastic sauce! Next time I'll use low salt soy sauce but it was still wonderful. I think I overcooked my chicken in the first step because mine was a little tough but that's on me not the recipe. Loved it - will definitely make again — Firebyrd 4/28/2012
Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Very good - very easy. I doubled the Parmesan (because I'm a cheese-a-holic) and I think I could have added more. Next time I'm going to use fresh garlic to see if it gives it a bit more kick. — Dana 4/22/2012
Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Very good - very easy. I cut the breasts into 2-3 strips each. Next time I'm going to halve the soy sauce (definitely too strong as is) and double the honey and hot sauce ( I want it a bit sweeter with a stronger kick) — AnnetteKitchen 4/21/2012

Crispy Ranch Oven Fried Chicken Breasts

Very happy with this recipe. Will be experimenting with this a lot in the future. I butterflied the chicken breasts and was very happy with the juiciness and the crunch. Next Time will try some buffalo sauce in the ranch. — LisaBuck 4/11/2012
Crock-pot Beef Brisket

Crock-pot Beef Brisket

Very tender but a little dry. Next time I'll exchange the salsa for something else - didn't like the lingering taste - but overall is VERY easy. — nsickler 4/8/2012
Loaded Hash Brown Casserole

Loaded Hash Brown Casserole

We liked it. Definitely needs more cheese and next time I'll use half the onion. — Sujen 4/8/2012

Yummy! I followed the recipe exactly this time but next time I'll experiment with some of the suggestions in the comments. Soooo good! — promfh 4/8/2012
Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

It WAS super easy - just dump it all in and forget about it! I cut the recipe in half and added the (cooked) noodles directly into the crock pot with 15 minutes left to cook and it turned out creamy and yummy and the whole family was happy!. Will definitely make again. — achelian 11/18/2011
