Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)Like it. My mind was elsewhere and I breaded the pork instead. It still turned out nice. I also added sliced carrots for a vegetable side. Finally, I took off the foil for the last 10 min.

Bourbon ChickenQuick, easy, tasty. Like it. I added veg I had around eg. Pepper, mushroom, onion and topped with cilantro for extra punch.
