Chicken and Gnocchi SoupWas a good, hearty, filling soup for a cold day. Guest loved it. Kids gobbled it up.

Loaded Baked Potato SoupMade with extra garlic, fat free half and half and 2% milk combo, extra bacon. Smashed some of the potatos for texture. Used flour as a roux to thicken since omitting the cream. Kids loved it. Served with homemade crusty bread.

Chicken Bacon AlfredoVery easy. Doubled recipe. Added more bacon since you can never have too much bacon and I didn't wany leftover bacon. Doubled alfredo sauce amount. Was very good. Family enjoyed it and have requested it again.

Olive Garden Alfredo SauceDoubled recipe. Added more parma cheese, more garlic. Added a touch of nutmeg for warmth of flavor. Family loved it.

Mini Cheesecake BitesEasy. Tasted good. Kids enjoyed making these. Served with blackberry sauce.

PierogiesAdded garlic and used extra sharp cheese to the potatos. Fried after boiling with polska kielbasa and tossed with a mustard/vinegar sauce with onions. Labor intensive and takes a while to assemble...but they were delicious. Loved it.

PikeletsMade but they were heavy and dense. They would have lacked flavor had I not added some vanilla. Kids enjoyed them though because they were 'baby pancakes.' I prefer lighter/fluffier. Not sure if I would make again.
