What's for dinner?

	Great American Potato Salad This potato salad was right on the mark! It was traditional and delicious!! The guys I cook for loved it! I served it with texas caviar and fried chicken. I garnished it with a generous amount of fresh herbs and double smoked bacon. Great Work!! :) on Wednesday, May 26, 2010
	My Caesar Salad Dressing Great easy recipe. I thought that it could use a little more garlic and would have liked it to have a little more kick to it! but the blue cheese was a great idea. I served this with buffalo panko chicken on top! on Wednesday, May 26, 2010
	Oysters Rockefeller This was awesome! I cooked it last night. I changed the recipe a bit... First I removed the oysters from there shells and washed the shell before putting them back. I also used two ounces of Sambucca because I did not have absinthe or fennel handy. It added a nice touch of sweetness. Anyways..... Great recipe, I will make it again for sure!!! on Wednesday, May 26, 2010
