The Marinade is the Soy Sauce, Dry Sherry, Sugar, Cornstarch and Water. I cut the onions in longitudinal strips. I marinated the meat for about 8 hours and the flavor was great. 8/1/2012

Good flavoring. The quantities seem off for the serving size of one(1). Definitely easier to stir it all together and cook in one pot, but 20 mins. in the oven did not seem enough for the red snapper we used. In retrospect, next time I would saute the onions and celery first in a large pot, then put everything else in and slow cook over the stove with the lid on. 7/29/2012
