Pork SchnitzelJust wanted to mention that I only used 4 cups of bread crumbs for big 16 pieces of meat and I could have used much less crumbs. I also used the same amount of egg mixture and flour for all my meat as the recipe calls for 4 pieces and the egg was just enough and flour was too much.

Classic Rice PilafThis tasted alright, but I didn't find it to be very flavourful. Maybe it just needs more spices. I don't think I'll be making it again.

Red Lobster Tartar SauceVery good! I added some lemon juice and more miracle whip. It was a bit sweet for us so next time I would use half the sugar.

Easy Crockpot Beef RoastThis had become a family favourite. I usually add some extra vegetables if I have some in my fridge to use up. Our family doesn't like the texture of onion so I use onion powder instead of the onion chunks as we do like the flavour it gives.
