Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Was very quick and easy to make, added Velveeta to the mix. Have to have cheese, used pioneer brand biscuit/baking mix. Was not dry at all, didn't boil the chicken first though, mixed it raw. Let the oven do the cooking, all the juices from the chicken mixed w/ the soup and veggies. All three kids ate it. — georgeross 8/31/2011
