I love to cook anything and everything. Ive thrown things together and gotten horrible messes and the occasional yummy dish. I love seafood, mexican, asian, and italian foods. Im very glad I found this page because Ive seen some recipes I simply can not wait to try and will eventually share some of my own when I feel I have one that is BigOven worthy. :)

Beer Braised Beef In CrockpotEasy to make, taste was just okay. Not sure I would make again, but wasn't bad.

Gambas al Ajillo - Garlic ShrimpI loved this shrimp! It's the closest I can get to my favorite dish at our local Chinese restaurant. I'm going to make this again and add green onion and white onion. I love garlic!

South Texas Spanish RiceInteresting variation to how I (from south Texas) make my rice. Never met anyone who puts peas in spanish rice. I use green pepper and no jalapeño. I also add fresh tomatoes and cilantro. Also there is no mention of the cheese yet the picture shows it. (also have never added cheese to my south tx rice.

Shrimp Linguine in Clam SauceWasn't spectacular but it was good and very easy. My kids did ask for seconds.

German Soft PretzelsI've already made these a number of times and my family loves them, my husband even asked me to make a few batches for his employee, they finished every last one. Thanks for this recipe it's definitely a keeper!

Cola ChickenMade this tonight and my hubby and kids loved it. Dr pepper is my fav soda so that's what I used with a 50/50 ketchup- BBQ sauce mixture. However it wasn't really my cup of tea.

Crockpot Kalua PigI wanted to try this after going to Hawaii last month and having authentic kaluha pork at a luau. It fell flat. There wasn't very much flavor at all and I actually used only 4 lbs of pork instead of 6. I won't be making it again :

Easy Chicken and Cornbread Dressing For Your CrockpotMade this yesterday and my husband who does not like stuffing wiped his plate clean! Super easy and although this says side dish we ate it as the main entree with a side of dinner rolls :)

Rigatoni and Shrimp with Garlic Cream SauceThis was excellent. Super simple to make and my family wanted seconds AND thirds! I did add some scallops though because this incorrect picture gave me the idea and it was great!

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay BiscuitsMade these today and my family loved them and they were so easy to make. Thank you for sharing, other than brushing more garlic/butter after they were ready I wouldn't change a single thing!

Cherry Cream Cheese TartsI made these yesterday but instead of using a Nila wafer I made my own crust using mashed graham crackers with some melted butter. They were a huge hit, hubby asked me to make more to take to his office :)

Camarones Guisados- Shrimp StewI had the pleasure of cooking this for my family and even my picky 10 year old daughter loved it!

Beef Stroganoff in Crock PotThis was a fabulous dish, even my kids ate it all up. I added just a dash of red wine as per another rater and it was excellent! Will definetly make again it was yummy and easy!
