I find spices lacking in many places, I don't like bland food, my signature flavor is spicy sweet.
my mushroom/habanero/pineapple pizzas.

Warming Cream of Spinach Soupmy baby was sick and she wanted comfort food, oddly she chose creamy spinach soup... she loved it. I used fresh spinach and then used a blender stick to finish it.

Gumbo (vegetarian)I substitued the tofu with veggie ground and used jalepeno instead of hot sauce. It was awesome!

Hot and Sour SoupI used a dark mushroom broth instead of beef. Very good recipe, chunky and filling.
