Easy Chicken Curry and VegetablesI make this all the time! My husband asks for it. I like making it, because it is easy and cheap. If I want to add some fresh veggies I have in the fridge, instead of the frozen ones, I usually go for asparagus, zucchini, or red bell peppers. I saute them with the chicken and onion. If I want it more saucy, I add a little water, milk, or chicken stock. Sometimes, I add garlic, or garlic powder. It is such an easy base to add whatever you want- it's even good without the chicken!

Stuffed Green Peppers In Crock PotThe recipe was a nice guideline, but I added rice and an egg. I have a tiny, tiny crock that eouldn't hold two peppers side by side, so I cut the peppers into quarters, mixed all the ingredients together, and cooked it om high until the meat was cooked through.
