Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken ChiliExcellent! I added some Hatch's Green Chili Enchilada Sauce and grilled the chicken and just cooked it on the stove instead of the crock pot to save time and it was absolutely wonderful. Yummy!

Mexican Cornbread CasseroleI enjoyed this recipe- I added diced pickled jalapeños, chili powder, and some pepper jack cheese and it added heat to it. I used the 2 boxes of corn bread mix and thought it was fine. Very good recipe and I will add to my favorites.
