Creamy Spam And Broccoli with PastaI made my own Alfredo sauce for this and the Spam tasted quite delicious with this dish. The broccoli evens everything out quite nicely. Throw a quarter cup of white wine in just for fun! :D

Banana Bread - Best!This was very tasty and moist. This recipe has more ingredients than others and they add a bit of depth to the taste. Will definitely make this again!

Steak and Tomato Salad with Horseradish DressingThis was absolutely tasty! I added a hard-boiled egg to the side of each bowl, and increased the size, and this was a complete meal. Excellent salad!

So glad you liked the salad. Thanks so much for the nice comment on my page. The horseradish dressing gives it a nice little kick and I think the addition of egg that you made sounds like a nice addition.
