Lasagna That is TO DIE FORDoes anybody else feel like part of the recipe is missing? What are the "sweet vegetables", Why would you make the bechamel sauce 2-hours before assembly? How long to you cook the onion/celery/carrot mixture before adding "all other ingredients"? How long does it need to cook in the oven, in minutes? The recipe looks great and I'm sure I'll love it, but I'll be modifying this one with real instructions once I get everything figured out.

i have no idea if the attempts to comment have made it so here is last try. is says SWEAT not sweet. that would mean just as they begin to release water. and that would be when you add the other ingredients as the recipe clearly states. oven time would depend on your oven and thickness etc. 30-45 to an hour. had to adapt this from a recipe designed to serve 50 in a restaurant oven. and your dont have to make the bechemel 2 hours ahead of time
