When I saw this recipe I wasn't too sure but liked the simplicity of it. Added some cayenne pepper, garlic and onion powders and it was amazing! Will definitely make it again. Even my very picky husband thought it was great! 8/22/2011

This recipe was awesome! I used 1 1/2 tbs red wine vinegar and 1/2 tbs roasted garlic rice vinegar because I didn't have balsamic and both my husband and I loved it! Can't wait to make this again! I also cut the pepper down to 1/2 tsp and that worked really well. Also took the tip of the brown sugar in the marinade - very yummy. — ellie36 4/14/2011

Made this the other night and it turned out great!. The only things I did differently were adding half the cheese and a little bit of freshly ground black pepper on top and it turned out perfectly. My super picky husband said he was surprised that something so basic could taste so good! 4/13/2011

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

I made this with frozen corn and the chicken, corn and cheese were excellent - unfortunately the rice was hard which is why I only gave it three stars. And I ended up having to cook it for an hour so that the chicken wasn't raw inside. I'll make it again but I think I'll have to use some other method to cook the rice, or maybe add some more moisture and allow it to cook longer. — nicks3l 1/30/2011
