Stuffed Mushroom CapsAwesome! Best recipe I have come across on big oven, can't say enough good things about these caps. Go heavy on the oil and use a little teaspoon to really carve out the base of the stem to maximize the amount of stuffing you can get inside. Made once for myself and the lady was fantastic, tripled the recipe and put on the table for thanksgiving, not traditional but was a huge hit! This is going on the favorite list for sure!

Bourbon ChickenAdded some actual burbon, otherwise followed exactly, worked out great. Had it with a simple side of veg fried rice. Impressed me, the lady and her family. This is a winner and a new go-to!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BarbecueUsed about 3/4 cup of my favorite whiskey and a sweet maple BBQ sauce to compliment. Rubbed a little mustard on the pork before cooking. Came out amazing, best pulled pork I've had.
