Thai Pork & Ramen Satay

Thai Pork & Ramen Satay

What a surprise! I couldn't believe how good this was. I didn't use the Satay sauce or Thai seasoning. I added a teaspoon of lime zest and 1/4 teaspoon of cumin instead. I also had chopped cilantro to sprinkle on with the peanuts and scallions for serving. This will be a regular dish!! — Firebyrd 3/21/2014

General Tso's Chicken

Wow! I really enjoyed this recipe. I sautéed the chicken in less oil and added broccoli to the pan just before the sauce was added and thickened. I will cook this over and over — brucemailman 10/22/2013

A very simple recipe that came out very well! I used a rotisserie chicken for the meat which worked very well! — CookingPassion 1/4/2013

Amazed at how good this simple recipe is! I am going to try trading the ground beef for chicken and adding a little cumin and paprika and turn it into Fajita soup! Thank you — aldrichmh 11/29/2012

Sour Cream-chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting and Chocolate-peanut

Sour Cream-chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting and Chocolate-peanut

What an amazing cake! It is labor intensive, but worth it. I will always use the cake part of the recipe when I need a chocolate cake. The peanut butter / cream cheese frosting and chocolate peanut butter ganache take this cake to the next level. Thanks! — fireb4smoke 9/13/2009
Easy Homemade Pizza Dough

Easy Homemade Pizza Dough

This will work best if you have a stand mixer. If you don't you can bring the ball together inside a food processor. You will have to kneed by hand though. These can be kept in the fridge for 4 - 5 days. They get really flavorful! You can freeze them too [I posted this recipe.] — Zander528 9/7/2009
