Pan-Seared Filet Mignon (Beef Tenderloin) with Shiraz SauceFABULOUS recipe and amazingly easy (thanks to the detailed instructions). Only required my husband's help to make sure it was timed just right. The only thing we'd change was less tomato paste and would cook slightly less - ours was medium/well. This will be a recipe we use for many years to come!

Lime Broiled SalmonLove this recipe but I would recommend baking the salmon and saving some of the sauce (uncooked) to drizzle over after it was plated. Delish!
