About me
I live in the back woods of Oregon and spend a good part of my day working outside in the yard or garden. Since I can't stand going to town any more, ( I guess that's what happens when you get used to a slower pace in life ) so I have learned to do things on my own. I love entertaining for our friends and family too.
My Favorite Foods
I am a fan of casseroles, italian and mexican foods. I love making foods for get togethers. My favorite memories of cooking are when I was little and we would have family get togethers. My grandma, mom and myself would spend all day in the kitchen, but we really had so much fun.
