About me
I am retired and I moved to Panama from Canada in 2008. I am a resident of Panama now and I love the weather, the people and the fact that I don't have to shovel anymore snow. I speak French but I'm now learning Spanish.
I love to travel and have been in many countries in Europe, the US, Mexico, Cuba, other Caribbean countries and Cote d' Ivoire in Africa.
Photography is my hobby and I enjoy editing in Adobe Photoshop. I would like to continue learning Corel Painter.
I enjoy cooking and tasting wine - that's a great passtime, isn't it?
Sports wise, I enjoy bicycling, horseback riding, kayaking, tennis, camping , the outdoors and various "games".
My Favorite Foods
I enjoy making main dishes soups and appetizers most.
I do most of my cooking from scratch. I don't like to buy ingredients ( like canned soups) to add to my dishes. Short cuts aren't going to give you the best flavours.
One of my favourite dishes is Coquille St. Jacques.
