About me
I spent my military time in the U.S. Navy as a cook on board ship. I also spent some time cooking on board ship in the Merchant Service. I am retired now from my civil service job where I spent 31 years as an Aircraft Engineering Technician. I live in beautiful Valdez Alaska overlooking Prince William Sound. My work is my fun. When I retired I did what I always wanted to do, I started my own Charter Fishing business. I do overnight charters and do all the cooking for my guests. I am a want to be artist, so my favorite pastimes is drawing and painting.
My Favorite Foods
I like all foods, however sea food and Mexican food is among my favorites. I enjoy cooking and eating my own recipe for Prince William Sound Shrimp.
