About Me I'm a Cuban-American living in Alaska. my husband and I love to eat Salmon, Halibut, King crab, and Scallops. Pretty much anything caught off our icy shores. Most of the food preparation I use has it's origins in Northwest Spain in the provinces of Galicia and Asturias, from where my family emmigrated to Cuba. Some of my favorite foods Roasted Suckling Pig with black beans and rice is my absolute favorite. Anything with fresh fish is an instant favorite.
